Change log for 1.7.0530

I changed the conditions for when shooter and saver tie in values. 

This affects game play in both Soccer 54 and PK Shootout 24, but it also removes the requirement to add value to the saver when the ball is in the Final Third of play.

I've also (finally) created a tested solo version for PK Shootout 24 with two levels of difficulty based on color and suit, and I've applied it to Soccer 54 as well.
